Q1: Have you ever worked in a consulting position with a management team that went to this extent to determine a mining plan and to set it up to really know the parameters before they went in, to this extent, before mining?

Mike Norrad, President, Founder Techbase 3-D Scientific Visualization and software prediction tool of Geological Mining Reserves

A1: (In a calm, cool, senior voice) It is rare, because there is often a hurry, a rush to start moving dirt.

Interjection mimicking financial pressue, "I want my money back!"

A1: I can understand that on one hand, but I like thee...I basically have been told to get the right answer. To me that's very refreshing that Goldspring will give me the data I need. They will give me the time I need to get it right. I feel like here I am part of the team. If I see that we are not collecting the right information or if I see a place where we need more, I can say "Guys, we need a hole here," and a hole will appear there. We will add it to the list.

To often (in other exploration efforts by other companies on other properties) I get called in after the fact, "The drill program is done. Okay, give us an answer."

Truthfully, regretfully, respectfully, "It's too late to say, "You guys gave me the wrong stuff or you need to drill another hundred feet that way.""

Q2: A comparative analysis between Goldspring and a mine up in Canada that just sold. What you (the Goldspring team) are doing here is real roadmap in comparision to what they did over there at "Talks on bucks for", almost a by-guess and by-golly.

A2: There some very shakey prospects that sell as if they were mines. The business can get a bad name that way.

Q3: When you look at the other side of the coin as to what they are getting at. It's not, it's not - proven reserves!
They put all these stipulations and they don't have the foggiest in third party verifiable writing as to how they are going to access it and how they are going to retrieve it. They don't know their extradiction cost is.

A3: To be continued on next video
....
This video clip is in the middle of the second Question and Answer Phase after the BBQ Open House on The Mountain. Subsequent clips will march towards the beginning of the Mike Norrad, TechBase QNA session part 2, post Geology and 3-D Prediction Software Presentation.

After the second replay, it helps visualizing your company in the future if listening to the music of guitarist Robin Trower, "Bridge of Sighs", as the low soulful riffs paint large slow winds blowing through the sage and brush fed by gold springs as a deep digging 30 ton bucket
scores inches deeper into the ore, lumbers by mighty power up an incline to drag another line into the bed of a T-Rex (Tyranasaurus Rex), King of Trucks.

Now that you know Mike Norrad's words, turn off the sound of the video and turn up the sound of the music. Your spirit will sync the two. Your mind will equate the knowledge with the video images adding the accumulated knowledge from your lifetime to imagine the detail close-ups of the mining equipment in operation. Ride back in the king cab of the haul truck. Hydraulic rods lift half the load. The other half is on the back frame via the hinge as it rocks. 70 tons roll huffing out a mushroom of dust from short, but strong, man-made wind. The crusher rumbles on. Gravel churns wet through an agglommerator, walking out with a cement overcoat conveyed to Uriah's Heap. Resting in the desert sun until the speader fans a layer over head, getting darker with each sweep. In several weeks tons are piled high.

Cyanide drips into a vat pumping to the rocky field to rain upon the surface. Into the crevasses where only electrons go, the mind scope sees gold particles departing their million year lodging being pulled out by a chemical attraction to cyanide, leaching downward to a pond over heavy mat, pumping up to Merril Lynch's kitchen as Sheryl Crowes, "Everyday is a Winding Road..."

Cold winds blow thru God's little Virginia City, down the Comstock, past old Gold Hill, down futher to an American Flat where smaller still are little flecks dancing closer and closer together in a jig.

Hands scraping DE off screens laden heavy with Au. A night in the Furnace where flickerings do strange things with dim shadows behind the myriads of tools hanging on the walls. Each replay cuts deeper another layer deeper into your future.
