  • @ShanePatrice he seems to care more as much as trained mental health clinicians. I have approached a few and none of them gave a shit about me or my quality of life.

  • Clinical Depression is a biological brain illness. He is not a trained mental health clinician, his well meaning advice might prove fatal to those suffering from depression. Suicide statistics loom so please beware of gent's well meant spiritual talk - he does not know a thing about diagnosing or treating depression. Imagine if one discussed cancer, might one advise "life is a continuous change, go figure?" Ignorance in the field of brain health is rampant & here is an example.

  • @MegaYogateacher Hi man, i think you didnt listened right, because he actually said the same thing you are saying.

he said: "not one person in this world has surrendered to the so called negative phenomenon that we called depression and didnt transform it". bye peace

  • relxing speaker. that is cool. listen to him if u rae stressed, not to what he says

  • I need to challange what this man has said regarding his statement that not one person has ever surrendered deeply to the label depression and extractined and transformed that power!! I have and many many other people I know! To extract the power from many so called afflicitive states is how many thousands are now

  • I love this video! I've always asked the question, why is "depression" or being sad a bad thing? I'm not hurting anyone...I've been "sad" my entire life...I can't ever remember experiencing true joy. I would like to some day, but I'm actually content in my sadness right now. It serves a purpose for now.

I've never heard anyone else express this sentiment...I'm so happy to have this new perspective. Surrender to the feeling...and now I actually feel a bit better after watching this.
