**SSH via USB**
This video shows you how to SSH into your iPod Touch/iPhone on a windows computer. Not sure if this will work on mac.

i dont think so, i think you can OpenSSH on 1.x.x's installer (it still needs to be jailbroken) in installer download BSD Subsystems, and OpenSSH. It should work the same.
