The BENGALS PERIOD.. Look at the 90's Drafts. DAVID KLINGER OUCH, AKILI SMITH, now Ki Jana Carter sorry to say was a bust though artificial turf cut him down in Football like what happened to Eric Davis and the reds in Baseball. Great players just a shame what happened.

In fairness, Couch wasn't a bust. Yes, he had 67 interceptions (on an abysmal team). But he also had 64 TDs and a 75 qb rating (on the same abysmal team). He beat the arch-rival Steelers 3 times. He took the team to the playoffs. He is also the franchise's all time leader in pass completion percentage, and holds the team's record for pass completions in a single game (36 vs. Tennessee in 2002). He also married a playboy playmate.

He's no Jamarcus Russell or Akili Smith...

Does Jeff George belong on this list? KiJana Carter? I would also rate David Klingler over Akili Smith in the fact that the Bengals let a great QB go for him. Rick Mirer, Keith McCants, and Todd Blackledge.
