@Nabiki73 The bacon and egg ice cream dish wasn't on the menu unfortunately :( there's a recipe for it in Heston's cookbook however (if you manage to get your hands on some liquid nitrogen!) x

The snail porridge genuinely scares me. My garden is infested with snails, I have to kill 1,000's of them every year. I really don't think I could put 1 in my mouth.
