This animation explains what will happen to your right to unemployment benefits if you live and work in more than one country of the European Union or in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. In particular, can years worked in other countries be taken into account to meet national conditions of entitlement? And can you look for a job in another country and still carry on receiving your unemployment benefits? EU rules on social security coordination enable you to move around Europe and not lose out on your social security rights.

well. but ROMANIAN & BULGARIAN & later the CROATIAN citizens would NOT BE ABLE to claim any benefits unless they pass the 7 year integration plan , when the biggest EU countries like France, Germany, UK will lift the restrictions for such citizens...

Brilliant! I'm glad all the Italians can legitimately go into another state like Poland, fill it with their culture, believes and attitudes- then be paid for the privilege.

As long as you can google it! but wouldn't having EU consultants etc. just add a lot of bureaucracy to the EU?
