Renewable clean energy? Hmmmmm.......this is a great idea. However it is not a priority. The sad fact is that the technology today is not efficient enough to make renewable energy affordable. Even if we had the technology, it will take billions to restructure the power grid to integrate it. I am not saying it shouldn't be done, it should. Solar companies need a break through that lowers the costs associated with renewable energy and the transition of our system to it.

As we contemplate being stewards of the planet, the very science that brought us together will wind up obliterating us when our sun eventually reaches old age. Therefore, not only must we be stewards of this planet, but indeed we must conquer the challenges of great distances between stars and stars clusters if we are to reach our full potential.
