What's interesting is that the parents do ALL the talking and nvr let the kid himself speak....fishy....
although from a scientific and Creationist viewpoint I don;t find it entirely unlikely that one could retain genetic memories, much in the same way animals have "instincts" w/out being taught by parents...

Because you're looking at a video where the entity has not only decided to return to the same dimension or the same sphere, but the same portion of land. This isnt unlikely.

It largely depends on free will, relationships, motivation and/or karmic debts which contributes to the most efficient fulfillment of a purpose whether new or unfinished. If you want multi continental sojourns or the like just view a different video.
