I had a friend once, and she started bullying me. so I was left outside, alone. but then, her other friends kicked her out, so she came to me and asked me if I would like to be her friend again. I wanted to say yes, because I was despered for friends. but then I thought: maybe you should know, just how it feels, to be left outside alone. so I said no, and the next school party I sang this song. now, this 14 year old dutch girl has enough friends. she has one to now, but it ain't me : )
