@stanleypermana I dont either. I use my sieve with a parchment paper on it, put it in my wok (a cooker would do) fill it up with water, and cover with a more or less tight lid. =D enjoy!

It will be uneatable. I cooked as you said. The whole fish has no salt, the red peppers becomes soft like cooked tomatos.
