PS3Jig - Enter PS3 Factory/Service Mode with PSP

DO NOT USE THIS WITH FIRMWARE 3.56 OR HIGHER UNTIL A METHOD TO EXIT FACTORY/SERVICE MODE IS FOUND!

PS3Jig is a small PSP homebrew application that exposes the PSP as a Sony USB jig stick and properly responds to the PS3's challenge data, enabling Factory/Service Mode which can then be used for downgrading (or recovering from a brick during a downgrade attempt).

This DOES NOT fix Waninkoko bricks -- only bricks where lv2 is still intact and can run to look for the presence of a jig stick or properly-formatted USB flash drive.

Hi guys I was struggling for 2 days with no luck with service mode.I mean psp sent all commands but didn't shut down psp so service mode didn't work,I read that many users got simillar problem...but I got solution....its psp kernel to blame.When I was on psp 6.35 custom it worked partially as I mentioned before,so I was a bit frustrated,then I used some software to create my battery as pandora battery then downgrade to 5.33 and It's working flawlessly.
