You actually are especially beautiful, thanks for your video tutorial. it's miserable i'm located within Kingston Springs because i cannot receive high quality makeup, but i get free of cost samples of make-up from "GratisMakeupSamples". i love MAC make-up!

Is it true that putting eyeliner on your waterline will make your eyes appear smaller? And if you apply outside instead, it will make your eyes look bigger?
