Tax Debt Resolution Companies Scammers come in two flavors-those who mislead consumers with false claims of success "pennies on the dollar" and those who employ the illegal direct cold calling telemarketing soclitation by using pushy and well polished unlicensed sales people pretending to be licensed tax professionals, when a person or a business has a tax lien filed against them. This video is a brief outline of the former.

Competition for clients has became brutual for those who employ telemarketing to generate revenue. These clowns will say anything to get a deal because their masters at the top bust thier ass with a whip if they don't hit their monthly sales quotas (and this is just the people who work the case-not their sales force!).

Each "team" of "tax professionals" ride the licenses of attorneys while they milk their clients for more and more money (usually done by unethical billing standards on a retainer, such as double and sometimes triple billing). Each tax professional is required to milk their book of clients anywhere from $25-$35K each month.

The attorney generals of various states have already filed suits against some of the larger tax scammers out there for misleading advertising such as Ronnie Lynn Deutch, Tax Masters and JK Harris and I hope the next thing they do is go after these telemarketing firms who cold call taxpayers when a tax lien is filed against them for not paying or filing their taxes.
