so you know all about me? I was in the summer between my eighth grade and freshman, i was playing football and going to summer workouts...the very first day there they made us max out in squats. that it where i started to injure it... after about 2 weeks we back up to our max and then my 2 lower disk broke apart and pinched min spinal cord i couldn't walk for about a month and i was almost paralyzed asshole!

so ya it was broken and i was almost put in a wheel chair if it slipped any more
