a Watsu Basic sequence demoed by Giovanni Baccarani in Lanzarote in June 2005. It contains the name of the moves in 5 languages (english, español, português, italiano, français)
Some of these things are quite "out there," just in my opinion... chakra and chi and all that energy stuff... not saying its a *bad* thing, it seems very relaxing. I'd love to try different methods of massage and therapy like this just for the sake of anxiety, and if it has other lasting effects, fabulous.
@DeadlyChinchilla try it and then let us know how you liked it. :-) Let me know in which area you are and I will let you know where you can find a Licensed Practitioner of Watsu nearby.
often, after some bodywork has been done, the receiver's body starts to show a natural tendency to move, unwind. Follow Movement is when a skilled Watsuer allows these movements to arise freely, finding their unrestricted space and to manifest naturally in their full amplitude without any interference from the giver. It's a very liberating moment in any session and often the feeling is depicted as a sensation like being suspended in the clouds, or in the womb of your mother.
