Go to your research on how "Richard "Dick" Scrushy" treated his employees !!! That has nothing to do with this case I understand but it is just a way of showing the divine rule of thumb that what goes around comes around, etc !!! Richard is still getting of light in my opinion and also in many others opinion as well !!!

And here we were on the front lines, trying to help stroke and brain injury patients and their families in an environment that was grossly inadequate. The entire thing sucked and all those executives didn't give a damn about quality care, although they used it as their bait, their hook. All they cared about was filling their pockets. Unethical and immoral snakes - all of them. I every last one of them rots in hell.

Then remember seeing the flaunted the thick, super glossy publication of the new lavish HS headquarters with the executives breaking ground with their expensive shovels, the mahogany and leather board rooms, closeup of Richard with his huge gold rolex with diamond covered bezel, and of course the topper photo of the Rolls Royce parked out in front of the new compound.

Remember working as a therapist at Healthsouth many years ago....daily cutbacks, salary and cont. ed.freeze, ever-expanding and ridiculous patient to therapist ratio, outdated and dilapidated equipment, forceful pressure to buy free-falling healthsouth stock, etc.

i'm sick of these people having the nerve to deny they did anyhting wrong when they're nothing but greedy crooks. i hope he's having a tough time in prison. i'd lock up all these suit wearing snobs who defend such crooks as well because they know better.

As far as the 5 CFO's are concerned it was a possibility that they said if we get caught we going to say Richard told us to do it.
