Artificial sweeteners are horrible chemicals that inhibit the liver from burning fat. If you want to burn fat and increase lean muscle then you need to cut out all the chemicals and additives in your food so that you can take pressure off your liver and let it do an optimum job of burning your fat. Instead of using equal, use stevia which is a natural herb and just as sweet as equal whilst not being toxic to your liver.

This may sound like some dumbass spam-crap, but I'm just sharing my experience and research here. Aspartame (found in Equal) and sacarin - and other artificial sweeteners - are potentially very harmful depending on each person. Use Xylitol instead guys, 100% natural sweetener extracted from plants, surprisingly cheap too considering! :)
whole egg is good for you. Research shows that it actually raise the HDL & you get more nutrients.
