Great update ~ one of the biggest things that makes it worth it to me is that air chilling process which means they are not sitting in the typical water/chlorine bath while being "water-cooled" like typical meat plus usually water-chilled chicken is then injected with saline (adding salt) to improve the flavor and lessen the taste/effects of the chlorine.
