Since im getting now every day useless questions.. here maybe something that you can help. Snow Mod can be downloaded here: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=386654 I wont give you the link for the Trainer. Lots of people dont know this trainer.. so, i like to have something special :) But if you still want to use it.. what about google? Lags are from YouTube. In the video are a few mods shown, its not just "Only" the trainer. I wont give you ANY how-to's for installing the Snow Mod! Ask jumbo0 - he is the modder and he will help you.
