  • how meny miles to a galon do u get.

  • @965minimoto actually slightly better than when i had twin turbos. Its because you have to commit to using boost, instead of the twins always feeling like they are there. The single turbo stays dormant (in simple terms) until you give it gas. As a result, less gas consumption when daily driving. :-)

  • @emerciv lol you didn't answer the question D:

  • @ssonosk lol the mpg question? i dont keep track of the actual gas mileage. when you have a modified car, it doesnt matter much anymore lol. Its better than stock, whatever those numbers are. :-) if... you dont boost it. except for the time i road tripped to deals gap, im boosting it around corners. maybe if i type alot, people wont notice i dont know the answer :-P

  • Wow, ok the sound "surge" is not really spinning the turbo backwards, rather it is trying to. Moreover choke does 10x the damage, like ic you ran a gt65r on stoking ports. The issue really is the damage done to the weakest part of the turbo, the compressor fins. After a couple hundred miles it will start eating up the knife like edge on the compressor wheel, while not dramatically at first, but soon enough it will change the ability of the turbo to spool in low rpm & will cause turbulence down

  • Is getting that much blow-by bad for the turbo?

  • surge

  • Come on man you gotta go up to 8 grand lol. Nice car btw

  • @emerciv man i want a rx7 so hard. Does yours backfire?

  • @ssonosk exhaust fumes mostly. a little NOx, CO2 H2O and HC. haha. well ive never dynoed it, but its a stock ported block running 15 PSI. the turbo is capable of 23 PSI if i get the 3 bar sensor installed. anyone else have an idea of what i would put to the ground?

  • @YoureNext1187

ha ok riddle me this what's the output of your motor? :o

  • #1 That's a considerable amount of boost creep you got there...#2 No bov on a rotary = bad news for ur fins.#3 Ur cutting the life of the turbo in half.
