This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for taking time to post this. It is great, as I am new to Thai cooking and love lemongrass I have had at restaurants. I bought some and just stared at it, wondering how to proceed. Now I know!

@AbGrey Perhaps before seeking to admonish this wonderful lady for her pronunciation of lemongrass you should look to your own grammar and understand that "did she pronounced" doesn't make any sense.

Thank you! Last week I saw John Besh used it in his New Orleans Cuisine. Lemongrass goes with everything.
