Cheetah Chase at Busch Gardens Tampa (now called the Sand Serpant)

This is Cheetah Chase at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL. This ride has since been renamed the Sand Serpant so as not to be confused with the new multi launch steel roller coaster from Intamin called Cheetah Hunt or the Cheetah Run animal exibit near the new coaster. The Sand Serpant is a wild mouse coaster from Mack Rides which is full of sharp turns and sudden drops. It originally opened at Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg, Va as Wild Maus in 1996.
