Hey guys..another tutorial here on how to jailbreak your iPhone 3GS/4, iPod 2G/3G/4G or iPad..

If you want to update to IOS 4.2.1 download the file from here:

Hold the shift button and press restore on iTunes in order to update to the IOS 4.2.1

IF JAILBREAKING IPHONE, PLEASE PRESERVE YOUR BASEBAND WITH TINY UMBRELLA prior to OS update!!


STEP 1: Your device must be on iOS 4.2.1, then download GreenPois0n

STEP 2: Launch GreenPois0n RC5 then connect your iPhone ito your PC via USB and click on Jailbreak as shown below:

STEP 3: Follow the instructions shown on the screen to enter DFU mode:

STEP 4: After the jailbreak is done, you will have a new application on your springboard called Loader. Use it to install Cydia, then it will ask you if you want to remove it. A quick re-spring, and you now have Cydia.

Thats it! You should have a jailbroken iPhone/iPod/iPad

If it does not work first time around, try again..as you will see in the video I had to do it twice!

Please help. When I jailbreak my iPod it has the jailbroken boot up screen but does not have the loader or cydia app on the screen

i follow the directions on greenpoison but nothing happens, the bar doesnt fill in green and it just asks me to try again
