make sure you bake or heat the mold up to get rid of water vapor and or moisture, otherwise when you pour in the molten metal (of any type) the water in mold or other tool that comes in contact with the molten metal will steam up and cause the molten metal to explode out of the mold. and i find it pretty stupid that you put your face right over it and tried to blow on it to cool it.

Wow. You guys are complete idiots. If there was any water in that mold, the aluminum would have popped. Also, you did not pour it smoothly. If there would be any air bubbles in there, it could have also very easily popped.
Why would you put your head so close to the mold, especially WITHOUT protective equipment for your face? Why would you not wear VERY thick leather gloves?
If the people in this video would have died or have been mutilated, they would have deserved it completely.
