Bill O'Reilly - Michael Jackson was Murdered

Bill OReilly, Gretchen Carlson, and Margaret Hoover discuss the announcement by the LAPD on August 24, 2009 that the death of Michael Jackson was ruled a homicide by Los Angeles County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran who determined that he died from an overdose of the drugs Diprivan (propofol), Ativan, and Versed. The drugs were administered by Dr. Conrad Murray who had been the prime suspect in a manslaughter investigation since the death of the 50 year old singer.

I am not a psychic, but I take a couple criminal justice classes in college. I predict the doctor being charged with murder and being able to plea to the lesser charge of manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide. This is because to get a murder conviction the state would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the doctor intended to kill Michael Jackson. I don't think he meant to, but it definitely one the wort fuck ups in medical history.

The doctor was a specialist. And O'Reilly's statements are aggressive babble. Pieces of informations are not the proof for a long lasting drug abuse. The length of time and the timing are very important. It was a long procedure till the artist was brought to hospital. Several drugs can disappear during that time. O'Reilly is a disgusting asshole.
