a closer look at m herbst appliance!

somebody commented on my herbst vid saying "too bad we couldn't see it..." and so i looked over the video and realized it cut out right in the middle of me talking! this is what it looks like close up!

Okay well I have to get them... ehh like next month and I was wondering if it does hurt when you get them off and also when your sleeping do you have to like do anything with them?

@xxemoxcutexx It was definitely strange, but not difficult. To get it off it didn't hurt, again it felt weird and uncomfortable. Theres no special sleep-things other than brushing really well! Its easy to get cavities with it ahah :)

dont they give u wax to put over the bolts so they dont rub ulcers in ur cheeks?

@hula617 They did, but since you can't keep in on while eating and sleeping, and sometimes it falls off, I just decided too go through with temporary pain to create tough scar tissue. The wax was just really annoying and I only used it if I felt that the pain was pretty bad, or if I cut my mouth or something.

Got my Herbst Monday. A lot worse then braces! I could eat with braces, but I'm stuck with a mash potatoe diet.

i got my herbst removed today after one year. getting it removed actually hurt alittle because of the crowns they had to pull off
