@gnossticc Well, that's why they were geniuses...their life experiences channeled into creativity. Remember that many of the great composers were in greater distress, Chopin and Beethoven for example were very ill when writing their most majestic musical pieces.

@gnossticc So true. Liam tries to be Lennon but turns out more like Axl Rose.

May be if they had stopped for a while, like SOAD, or gone back to the road..maybe they would still singing today.

@Burnzi2 Uau..thats true..

Strange how 10 years before this he was playing Shea stadium.

@crocetti1984 I agree, and he likes to talk about his place in history too

I loved Paul when I was young because I thought he was "The Cute One'". As I became a Beatles Fan, I understood John' s brillant ability to express himself. He is truly the most amazing man in life experiences. He changed the face of music, peace n how we look at life. I miss John so much.

@Legodudette He had complete control of what he did. He made the choice to go out there and stake out the Dakota for hours. He made the choice to pull the trigger. He wanted to be famous for shooting someone famous. That, in my book, makes him a loser.

@crocetti1984 That "loser" that shot John Lennon was a mentally handicapped man who was on drugs. He had barely any control of what he was doing. I love the Beatles, John Lennon is my hero and Im very sad that he had to have died so young, but you should probably get your facts straight before you start judging people.

@crocetti1984 Well, you may be right. Anyway, I guess it's a moot point now. Unfortunately...
@BlueLeopard200
Oh come on. Lennon did more for the peace movement than anyone else. To call him "just another musician" - now THAT is nuts.

I like John and Yoko no matter what hair cuts and grows they got. What they tried to achieve is beyond time.
