Murder of Christopher HETU

On October 27, 2009 at approximately 02:11 a.m. the body of 20 year old Christopher HETU was discovered in Mill Bridge Park in Kelowna, British Columbia. The ensuing police investigation determined that Christopher HETU died as a result of gun shot wounds and was the victim of a homicide. Neighborhood inquiries revealed that 3-5 gunshots were heard between 01:10 am and 01:15 am.

At approximately 01:00 am, Christopher HETU was observed entering Mill Bridge Park on a BMX bike via the Gordon Drive Entrance (Across from Brookside Avenue).

Christopher had recently re-located to Kelowna from Prince George.

Police Investigators strongly believe that there are individuals in Kelowna and Prince George that have information about this murder. We are asking these individuals to come forward with this information and assist in identifying the person or persons responsible for Christopher's death.
