Morrowind MGE XE Quick Video Tour w/ Commentary (Insane Morrowind Graphics) 1

This is the first of some quick video tours with commentary of Morrowind w/ MGE XE (Morrowind Graphics Extender XE)

I don't know if you've ever discussed/been asked this already, but is there a possibility we'll see an Oblivion let's play in the future?

Yes, but the same thing goes for that as Tribunal, I'd rather keep my current LPs at 2. When I do start up an Oblivion LP, I'd like it to be something different and unique, not just "Oblivion with mods". Still trying to figure that out.

@HunterDT Throw a coat of ENB paint on Skyrim and it looks fairly stunning but damn if those shadows aren't nasty, for some reason Bethesda decided rendering them on the CPU was a good idea.

At the site is a modding guide and in the first few steps it says that you must install the expencions . BUt DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS REALLY NESECAIRLY???

Not even Skyrim has real time sun tracking shadows. You get to see shadows streak across the screen every 30 seconds or so.....sad sad sad

If it bothers you, those waterfalls in Vivec can be fixed so they don't pop in and out of view. I don't remember the details, but there's a setting in MGE where you can override the clipping threshold for specific object IDs. You have to find the IDs that apply to those waterfalls and put them in the list.

I fixed it on mine but it was a long time ago, sorry my description isn't more specific.
