Lake George New York 2009

Fun family trip to Lake George New York. We played in the waterfalls, waterskied in the lake, did the Adirondack Extreme Adventure course, hiked in the Adirondacks, and ate a lot of good food.

The black course has a rope you jump on and swing into a net and it feels like a free fall. That is pretty scary. But besides that, the courses progress gradually. You do need some upper body strength. We go to the Adventure park every year when we visit. Usually a group of 8 or so ages from 14-65 and we all finished the black course. We all really enjoy it. It gradually progresses for a challenge. You can stop at any time at the end of each course.

For a challenge, I would highly recommend it.

@Mruyumcupcakez I'm not sure about young children, adults were around $40 each. Group rates are much less and so are certain hours. Hope you enjoy it. try googling "adirondack extreme Lake George" should bring you to their website.
