On Wednesday barely a few hours after the Iranian negotiators agreed to take that draft back to their country for approval which says Iran will send most of its existing enriched uranium to Russia for processing, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton gave a speech in Washington on nuclear non-proliferation. She Said "The door is open to a better future for Iran. But the process of engagement cannot be open-ended". Clinton said recent attacks by militants do not pose a threat to Pakistan's
nuclear weapons.
