They made up a beat and a bass line and I had to drum up something classic rock sounding for a small time killer..Pentatonic mixolydian minor Blah-z-Blah..My time to improvise a bit so I took it away...
Guitar leads are done using little distortion and mostly pentatonic to maintain a classic rock 70's type of sound..

  • Right on man... I use a JSX too and find myself using the Crunch channel much more than the Ultra channel.. it's perfect for classic rock stuff like this. Rock on!

  • @PDXguitarfreak Thanks man..I have nothing but problems from the ultra channel unless it is at low volumes, especially on stage near monitors and mics..a whole lot of squealing..it makes me wonder how metal musicians use the thing...I guess they keep it low but they will need a mic and a good p.a. for sure..Crunch no problems

  • ha, a little shred a little blues a litte ROCK N ROLL
