Here's a clip from my 1st Kettlebell sport training, since taking a few weeks off to train for the Urbanathlon, from earlier this week. Had to shake off the rust, plus getting used to a new Long Cycle rpm pace, so my fixation & deflection (fading) were a bit off.
However, that's why I have a great coach, in order to point these things out, so I can tweak them & get better. I definitely felt stronger, and tightened up my technique a couple of days later. More clips to follow:
