Hey coach... wanted to give you props for your video posts. I am a MMA coach who really gets frustrated at how crappy the boxing taught in many of our MMA schools is. I am by no means a boxing expert, but I have spent quite a bit of time and money trying to be the best "boxing coach", I can be... so I won't be just another MMA "punching" coach. any Scottish guys looking to improve their hands/boxing tech Bernie's Hammersley's "The Edge Gym is top class and the best pad guy I have seen or worked with around Scotland. The fact that he is using Coach Ricks technical stuff is a testament to his aim of staying up to date and ahead of the game in training methods.His own personal take on defense/counter punching is superb with his knowledge of the fight game. His gym is well set up with boxing ring,etc, imo the best guy around in Scotland.
