I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I just lost my grandma yesterday. *hugs* I've had almost the exact opposite experience with my band and dealing with grief. I could eat the world right now...and there's not much stopping me from doing so. 1 year in maintenance is amazing! I can't wait until the day I'm able to say that I'm 1 year at my goal weight. Prayers, thoughts, and virtual hugs going out to you girl <3
just to clarify - i didn't mean the stomach fills with blood lol...i mean the stomach tissue and vessels in it swell with blood.. (ok, i am done littering up your page here)
hey was thinking about how tight your band got all at once...i wonder about this - the fight or flight theory....when you have a huge event and your body is in fight or flight mode or you have a huge adrenaline event you blood seeks out your major organs super rapidly....i wonder if the stomach is one of those places that engorges with blood? causing it to swell? hmmm... just a thought i was having.
still lookin good, girl! congrats on this year. sorry for the struggles you've been through recently. seems like just yesterday i was watching your first videos...time flies. good luck with the fill and best wishes to you
you look so very young in this video. I am sorry to hear of the losses you have suffered this summer. losing the ones we love is never easy. I feel for you. Congrats on hitting 1 year in maintenance, that is so wonderful. I am right behind you and will hit it on the 15th, this Friday. Interesting what you say about the weight and the band and hunger level between meals. i get that. Thanks again for sharing your journey. Congrats on finishing our masters too. Keep running! Onward.
So sorry for the passing of your Granny, I know you will think of her often. It is great to hear your band is still working for you and yoour still working the band! CONGRATS!
Your video brought tears to my eyes! Prayers to u and the family. Just posted a video today on why u choose WLS, and it was due to losing both of my parents in the last three years, thank you for this video!

Love the teacher plug! Especially here where so many teachers are being laid off after years in the classroom!
