  • not bad work for someone who weighs about 85kg?  but bit too much rounding of the back!

  • Thanks for the advice my back was a bit rounded, it was my first attempt on this weight, i've think technique is important, ive had a 430lb lift since.

  • of course hex bar is easier, but it's 100% more safe than the traditional lift.

  • No injuries technique is important. Anyhow my point is its much easier using a hex bar, other than yourself how many people do you see deadlifting with his bar Hmmm NONE.
