I remember Nash from a concert at The 7th Street Entry, next to 1st ave, in Mpls, MN in late 70's.

Wow, thanks for uploading! I had no idea the groundwork for that song was this old. I like the lyrics of "I'll Wait for You" better, but this less schmaltzy arrangement is superior.
