Thanks for the video! Here's some feedback:

1) make your videos before/after hours, take the phone off of the hook and keep everyone else out of shot;

2) film a dress rehearsal and watch yourselves, so you know how you look/sound & where you can stand;

3) use sub-titles to identify each guitar, and to display your contact details;

4) check the tuning of each guitar before recording;

5) link to the performance videos of each guitar on this video, it's easy to do.

@aeropagitica Cheers for the feedback. All good points, we can do lots to improve these videos and we will over time. The most important thing for us at this time is that we put out information that isn't already out there. But cheers for the feedback, we'll keep trying!

@Johnnynoknees Ha, cheers for the comments. We're not video producers, we can point a camera and press a button (but not focus it seems..). However we are passionate about what we do and enjoy putting out as much information as we can about what we sell to hopefully help people make the right decisions.

i like the design of the look and theory behind master design range, and i would love it if you guys could maybe play a classic like wonderwall on the tanglewood master design and play the same tune on a similar priced martin. The reason for this is i am very keen to see how it compares to a brand like martin, been tanglewoods top end guitars i believe it would be an interesting test of quality.
