I don't think they shot this scene before the series premiere.. look at everybody's hair, especially Joe's (he had curls when the series started). Maybe they shot this scene at the same time they shot the season 3 premiere.

yup i think so too. what i meant was that the setting of the scene is before the series premiere (how they met) because the series premiere began supposedly the morning after that scene...
