@PogiBklyn .... i add in BCAAs cause every meal isnt going to be plain chicken breasts so the BCAAs make sure im getting the amino acids/protein in without eating too much calories :)
@PogiBklyn when fasting you WILL lose a little muscle but u wont deflate like a baloon. i dont fast myself though so im no genius on the topic i just get my info about fasting from robb wolf. i use BCAAS for 2 reasons 1. when im eaither bulking or maintaining my size i keep a small bottle of water with 15g of BCAAs in the fridge at all times just incase i cant eat for a long period of time. and 2.when im cutting down on bodyfat and i cant eat lean protein all the time i add in BCAAs
When fasting using Eat Stop Eat, is it necessary to take BCAA in order to prevent muscle loss? I have been taking BCAA while fasting using Eat Stop Eat and I was thinking about this. Thanks!
insulin has been known to increase body fat and muscle
after exercise your body becomes ore insulin sensitive by releasing a hormone which directs insulin into our muscles cells so it doesent store fat after workout(it lowers hgh)
so what is the best time to take bcaas? around workouts?
