  • What ever happened to the brilliant Tommy Tune?

  • I thought I had responded to this a while back but the post seems to be gone so I'll reply again to let you know that Tommy is alive and well, touring in his own show, developing new projects and is also a prolific painter. You can find out more at the website bearing his name.

  • R.I.P. David Carroll and Michael Jeter. To brilliant losses to Musical Theater.

  • Indeed. And how I wish they were both still here.

  • Was this ever released as a DVD and, if so, is it still available. I saw it 3 times in London.

  • Yes. The entire cast, creators and production team attend that event, which was beautifully produced by our GH producers.. It was a moving tribute

  • Were you at David Carrolls memorial service at the Gershwin?

  • In the years between the mid 80's and 90's we lost an incredible number of phenomenal young talent ... too many in such a short time.

  • Thanks! I was in GH for 2 1/2 years, so it is dear to my heart. Who is your friend? The full cast wasn't in the commercial, so I only list those who appear. Glad you like the quality. After discovering so many of my VHS, Beta & 3/4 masters had badly deteriorated I started digitally restoring & remastering & adding titles, then creating YouTube videos, which led to Willisong Productions which now does the same for others, as well as create music videos and promos. I use Avid programs.

  • Not only is the video quality AMAZING ... but I love your titles. What are you using for the text/title portions of this video? Was hopin 2 pick out a friend of mine in this video - but I think he joined the show after it opened on Broadway - oh well.
