http://www.tscHeartofaChampionProgram.com/ Be a Fit Fast and Strong All-Natural Athlete.

Episode 7 of Chris Krueger's Transformation Truth. The Health and Fitness vlog that separates fact from fiction and gives you the truth. It's all abut how to achieve true & health and fitness and dispelling the ridiculous myths and bogus supplements that the "health and fitness" industry spend millions of dollars try to brainwash us with. Honest, up front and shooting from the hip. Chris Krueger injects reality into a world gone mad.

In this episode of transformation truth, the health and fitness vlog that separates fact from fiction and gives you the truth, Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper nutrition so that you can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is getting optimal nutrition to fuel your transformation. Make it happen. oh and I talk about the law of thermodynamics so that we can understand how calories and energy work. Boom baby.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best.

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place. Be your best.

Best,
CK

  • Do i need a lot of equipment for this program

  • @jobless4life you only need access to very basic equipment, like a pull-up bar, adjustable bench (or swiss ball) and a set of dumbbells. Make it Happen. CK.

  • hey chris,

I want to get the TSC program, but i was wondering if its right for me. I am 15 and 150 lbs and about 6 foot. I'm slim but i just have that litter layer of fat stopping my abs from showing. I am a hardcore tennis player and play 20 hours a week. I want to get leaner and build some muscle though, for the reasons someone my age would want to. Would this program be good for me and could i schedule it around 3 hours of tennis each day?

    thanks!

  • @TheInsideOutForehand Crush the program and you'll be better at everything. CK.

  • Hey CK.

I'm about to start the TSC next monday and at the moment I'm trowing away all junkfood from the fridge and fixing my homegym.

    One question though;

As I walked to the grocery store I found it difficult to combine good meals, especially with the fruits and veggles.

There are no information about nutrition at all regarding fruits/veggles and how am I suppose to know how much to eat during my meals?

I will use profile 3 and probably 4.

  • @perpelle You can look up nutrition facts for fruits and veggies on the web. Try Calorie King dot Com.

  • CK you're a true motivation to me ... it's cuz of you that i started working out and eating right ... and I feel great, belive me ,I really do ... one day i would like to buy your program just to support what you're doing but right now im not able to... but i think it doesn't matter cuz champions are always selfmade ...

A winner finds a solution ,and a loser finds an excuse...

  • Hey Chris, I'm really considering buying this program because I'm one of those guys who have researched everything on how to eat right and work out properly and everything, and I just don't get it. I don't know what's right for my body type. I'm about 5'8 160 pounds, I can't seem to get my abs to a six pack, I really don't have much fat on me at all, but just enough to where I can't seem a six pack, only like a 2 I need to know if this program really teaches me what to do. I want to look my best
