I woke to find some had had left a cookie on my Aprilia scooter, an thought it was careless slacker hanging in our yard - and maybe he did other damage?

Reviewing the security system I saw the cookie appear, but no person left it, back and forth I reviewed the video and no person....carefully reviewing, frame by frame, I saw then saw the culprit.
