They don't say that if you are diagnosed with HIV/AIDS you do not qualify for social security disability or medicare. It costs a minimum of $3500 a month to keep a person with HIV on treatment in the U.S.. There are no generic brand HIV meds available in the U.S.. Most HIV/AIDS facilities are charity, state, city or county funded and are heavily over burdened.
The HIV/AIDS strategy in the U.S. is to make as much money off the sale of the meds while it's possible and a whole lot of propaganda.

@groundhog2008 Why should we help the promiscious people of Africa? Are they so ignorant, that they cannot control their debauched / licentious conduct, so not to become infected with this malady? I, as well as the vast majority of working, tax paying Americans, have no interest in paying for these libertines.
Why do you want to save them, as they may be non Muslims, who you have expressly stated should be exterminated. Is it because they are black? Send them the few coins in your pocket.
