It might have been simpler to build a working portal to Equestria...

I think, with the many worlds theory, interdimensional travel IS possible, it's just that human technology hasn't gotten that advanced yet. But we can do it. It just takes a LOT of research and a lot of trial & error. But it will be developed someday. And on that day, I will be the first human to enter Equestria.
