huh? i ever thought, while digging, your arms mostly should rest in a 90° angle to your body and the movement comes from your legs like teached in so many other videos here on YT?!? :o i'm confused... whats right then?!

@Fitzcairne true that, I don't know why people call this passing and bumping, I have always learned digging too!

Well..digging is digging and diving is diving ;)
I also know this technique as "digging"....

Digging? You mean bumping (or passing). Digging = diving.
