Jumping Spider vs. Paparazzi Videographer レンズを襲うマミジロハエトリ♂

Adult male of the jumping spider (Evarcha albaria). Look at his connected white eyebrows and white boxing gloves (palpi). He jumped toward the prying lens in the end. Late-May 2008 in Japan.

マミジロハエトリの♀にはまだ出会えてません。一般にハエトリグモは人懐こい印象ですが、実はしつこいパパラッチに激怒してたりして。レンズの反射像に反応した可能性もあ­ります。
「撮影は遠慮してください、撮影は遠慮してください、カメラ近い近い、勝手な撮影は駄目だって言ってんだろ！（ガッ）」

ive tried the same experiment with my jumpers for many times but somehow they always ignore the cursor.

Jumping spiders are harmless, and very interesting and fun to watch. They have excellent vision, and will turn to watch you as you walk by them. They are my favorite type of spider.
