you have to be CIA agent and need to have proper security clearence to enter those places where you can actualy see live from the satellites, by the way its not that cheap to do that, beacuse if you want to see a part of the world a none of the satellites is above then you have to make them move, that a technologicly big thing, expensive.and very hard to do so.
