  • thanks for this.... hahahahaha... i just converted from being a pop addict to a classical one! LOL! keep it up.. i love your compositions...:)

  • @caterial

Very cool to hear. :-) Though there is a lot of lovely pop music, I find that classical music has a greater emotional range a lot of the times, and you can listen to it often and still find new things in the music.

I'm really glad you liked the music I wrote; I haven't written so much lately, but I am a little proud of my work.. :-) (The sheet music & MP3s for these are available at a site called 'Free-Scores'. I really ought to mention that in the description!)

  • Gymnopodie #1 (My own composition)

    Gymnopodie #3 (My own composition)

    Gymnopodie #5 (My own composition)

These are your own compositions?!!?!?!??!? ... I love these the most! Magnificient!!

  • @MrMsZogu

    Yes they are. :-)

Years ago I used to drop into the Winnipeg Art Gallery every so often and play music on their grand piano for a few hours. I'd 'sneak' in some of my own stuff every so often. Nobody noticed. :-)

(The reason for the smilie after that is that no one ever came up and accusingly said "You wrote that, didn't you??" or anything like that: my stuff blended in with the Chopin, Brahms, Beethoven & all the rest without sticking out like a sore thumb. :-) )

  • Thanks for this. Perfect for poker night.

  • @PinedoSL

You are welcome! I play cards too, but something much geekier - Magic the Gathering. I enjoy poker too sometimes, but I never play for money (too poor for that ;-) ).

Yes, there's nothing quite like thinking "OMG there's only three hours till the alarm goes off!" to make one feel quite awake!

  • @Blakat014

    Cool! :-)

(Nothing like an all-night cramming session just before the finals!)

  • Keeps me awake and helps late night studying! :)

  • @niikkiah

I'm flattered and honoured to hear! :-)

There are some more of my own compositions scattered around, but these are amongst my favourites. There's also a waltz, rag, impromptu, fugue, bolero & a number of improvisations. If you look at my channel description you can see a link to a site where the sheet music for these is uploaded. :-)
