If you study their genes you'll realize that JRT cannot be solid color's. It's in fact impossible. Ask any vet who has studied dog genes.

Sorry for my late response. The father is a black and than Jack Russell.

And yes they are purebred.

omg i miss having a jack russell terrier!! mine lived for a good 17 years!!! i had to put him down a few months ago
